Who we are
This website is run by Braind LLC, a branding and marketing agency with offices in Yerevan and Toronto. Questions about your data go to info@braind.am.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a consultation or join a waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number, budget range and message, plus the page you sent it from.
If you agree to analytics, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and buttons pressed. We do not use it to identify you.
Booking a meeting takes you to Google Calendar, which handles that booking under Google's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare for meetings and send proposals you asked for. To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are discussing or working on a project with you, and deleted when they are no longer needed. The exact retention period will be set before launch.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to info@braind.am. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time.
